Pin Ovens

Today’s manufacturing requires faster speeds, can size flexibility, reduced energy consumption, reduced equipment footprint, minimal can spoilage and the highest quality finished products. The HT-2800 Pin Oven offers all of these qualities.

Increased Line Speed

The HT-2800 is factory tested & proven at speeds up to 2800 CPM while maintaining product quality and achieving the required peak metal temperature (PMT).

Can Size Flexibility

The HT-2800 is capable of processing all can sizes from 202-307 diameters & can heights ranging from 300-910.

Reduced Energy Consumption

The HT-2800 is the industry leader in energy reduction & is field proven to use less energy than your currentpin oven.

Condensed Equipment Footprint

The HT-2800 design will use less than 50% of the floor space that your current pin oven requires while running at higher speeds with less can spoilage.

Can Spoilage Reduction

The HT-2800’s NEW superior ductwork design will significantly reduce your can spoilage as compared to your current pin oven. For more detailed information about this new pin oven technology please contact us directly.

Oven Modifications & Rebuilds

When process requirements change, older ovens can be modified or rebuilt to meet current design standards and increase throughput or efficiency. Changes include new conveyors, increased energy efficiency, longer dwell times in the heat zones and new controls. HeatTek will transform the equipment to “like new” conditions providing additional years of service at a comparatively lower cost.
