Our Quality Assurance team uses a comprehensive analysis and verification process to ensure the oven meets or exceeds the specifications determined by the Final Equipment Description (FED).
HeatTek tests every system at our facility and can conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers either in person or remotely. HeatTek equipment is designed and built for each customer’s application. We are able to design to any specification required.
Although HeatTek can procure and program any PLC that is required by the customer, we most often use Allen Bradley and Siemens.
Although HeatTek can procure and program whatever HMI is required for a project, we most often use AB Panelview Plus, Panelview 5000, VersaView, Siemens, Proface, and Ignition.
Ethernet IP - Modbus TCP is the most commonly used communication protocol. This allows for easier integration with existing network infrastructure.
Yes. HeatTek can provide chart recorders, paperless recorders and data logging from the HMI. We can also provide log files to be collected and viewed. Common parameters to log include pressure, vacuum, and temperature.
Yes. Our job doesn’t stop after your equipment is built. We regularly provide installation and startup for our customers’ new equipment projects. If you include this service with your equipment, HeatTek will ensure your equipment is fully integrated into your manufacturing process so you can start production with limited ramp-up time.

This is ideal for low to medium production volumes or varied part sizes. A conveyor oven moves parts continuously through the heated chamber on a belt or chain, allowing for higher-volume, consistent processing."
