HeatTek designs and manufactures pit furnaces ideal for heat treating and foundry applications. We offer a variety of chamber sizes and both manual and powered door designs.
Our industrial designs feature a heavy-duty shell and structural steel construction along with rapid heating using either gas or electric heat.
Deep-Chamber Furnace Features and Capabilities
- Deep-chamber design allows for large or heavy components to be processed with overhead crane or bottom loading for ease of handling
- Capable of a wide range of temperatures and processes with either gas or electric heating
- Uniform heating and atmosphere control to ensures consistent results
- Rugged construction including heavy structural steel casing, engineered expansion joints, lids/hatches designed for thermal cycling and long life
- High capacity throughput optimized for batch processing of large parts with a compact footprint
- Can incorporate atmospheric environments, including nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and more
- Option available for gas generators
