Multi-Stage Washers
Various stages are constructed based on the chemicals being used and are most often built from various grades of stainless steel. Overhead conveyors such as I-Beam and enclosed track designs are used for conveying the parts.
Other conveying methods include belts, chain, walking beam and slat styles.
Conveyor line speeds determine the overall length of the system. Spray system designs incorporate various arrangements of nozzles and spray risers giving the best coverage and cleaning as parts are conveyed through the system.
Cabinet Washers
HeatTek has decades of experience building and servicing cabinet parts washers and tanks. With in-depth system and process knowledge, we can provide you with a washer built to your specifications and production requirements.
HeatTek systems are engineered to meet the requirements specified for each chemical being used. Because this is often the last step before a part is painted or assembled, we understand the importance of meeting quality standards with optimized coverage and cleaning.
