HeatTek custom continuous flow ovens and conveyor oven systems are designed and built to provide the greatest efficiency and innovative use of space, energy, transportation of product, and cost. HeatTek will design a system using any of the following conveyor styles.

Product loading and unloading is most often done manually. When that is not possible due to product size or production rates, automation systems or robotically controlled loaders are integrated into the design of the machine. HeatTek controls will talk with your in house controls and Ethernet system.
Heating sources are designed specifically for your process and products.

- Indirect / direct heating
- Infrared
- Induction
- Resistance heat
Quite often combinations of these heat sources are utilized to provide the fastest combinations of heating.
