We are proud to say that a specialty aluminum foundry will now have in-house captive heat treating capability with this new Aluminum Horizontal Solution Heat Treat System. This system is sized for a 2000 pound load, a furnace that will operate at 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit and a quench tank that will heat to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. This new system will allow our customer to double production, and automate the quench cycle to meet their requirements of a 15 second quench time.
