Muffle and Sintering Industrial Furnaces
HeatTek designs muffle or sintering industrial furnaces to meet your needs. Our systems utilize alloy muffles designed for a temperature up to 2000° F. for the powder metal industry and processes that require atmospheres in a closely controlled environment. Most often these industrial furnaces are heated by electric glow bars conducting heat to the outside of the muffle. Mesh belts riding on either stainless steel or ceramic slide beds convey product thru the muffles. Flame curtains and seals are provided at the entry and exit for containing and collecting the atmosphere.
