Horizontal Electrode Sintering

Horizontal electrode sintering is for manufacturers that require increased line speeds and true dynamic temperature profiles. The horizontal design eliminates the thermal chimney inherent in vertical style systems. Additionally, the horizontal configuration eliminates the introduction of additional stresses in the plate by providing full support of the electrode throughout the sintering process.

Vertical Electrode Sintering

HeatTek has taken this industry standard a step beyond with features such as dual line systems, controlled zone drying and special muffle support systems. HeatTek vertical systems employ a specially designed furnace shell and lining system which allows rapid heating and cooling. In addition, a unique muffle support eliminates excess muffle stress from the effects of gravity and thermal expansion.
