Fume & Emission Containment
HeatTek offers dip tank ventilation systems designed for fume and emission containment. Our systems are designed for dip tanks emitting fumes or steam during normal use or when parts are removed from the tank and held in over the tank for a drain period. Ventilation systems are designed to meet ventilation design standards for either perimeter fume containment or for fume emissions requiring a vertical hood located off one of the sidewalls of the tank. Ventilation systems are integrated into the controls and tie into the door operation and fire protection systems.
