HeatTek offers custom and pre-designed dip tanks for any application. Our custom dip tanks can be designed to meet your exact requirements or choose from our pre-designed dip tanks line for a tank ready to meet your needs. Tanks can be designed for dipping single racks of parts or designed for multiple dipping and drain positions for any type of cleaning solution, resin or epoxy. Overhead hoists, jib cranes, and automated indexing lift systems can be integrated into the design by HeatTek or you. Dip tank systems can include the tank, conveyor, controls, pumping systems, fire protection, and automatic doors.
